I checked the book edition and I think there is only one cover.
I think the book was added twice for different users. I completed the book information and asked for merge the editions.
In the book's official url above we can have the right information about it. I know it's in Portuguese but it can help:

#603/609 Looking again at the wrong cover, it looks like that was a poor scan from a bookseller that was uploaded at one time. It had blue and purple streaks. Amazon has the blue cover and so does the publisher, thank you for the link. I have replaced the purplish cover with the correct one and merged the other edition. #606 done

I can find no evidence this "book" exists in any form.
Many of the details here are obviously made up.
"The Lightning Tree" is a novella that was published in an anthology "Rogues" by GRR Martin in 2014. I cannot find any reference to it being published independently.
ISFDB lists no other publications except in "Rogues" in 2014 and another anthology in 2015.

All of the seven editions listed in Goodreads appear to be dated the same as "Rogues". The ISBNs appear to be fake, the covers probably fan made.
One has the ebook with 176 pages, one has a hardback with 158 pages. The story is actually 58 pages.
The supposed ebook does not appear to have ever been published either, except as a home-made bootleg extracted from the anthology.

I have used the Wayback Machine for the years in which it was published. I have done searches on the "publisher" and the author's websites. hi, first of all, thanks for your concern. as far as i can see, the duplicate is separeted already. should i combine again? but, as the author name is spelled as in turkish; the correct edition is not listed in the combining options. should i correct the author name, and then combine? i'm sorry, i have so many questions :)

The only way to do that is to separate them from whatever they are combined with, then combine those two with each other. The duplicate is already separated but the other one is not.
The author name has to be the same on both but the first thing to do is separate the original. For more info please see

I don't know then. It is always best to NAB the item, either with the tool or merging it because just deleting it allows it to import again.
