SOLVED. YA book about a toxic relationship [s]

I have not read this book, but I'm pretty sure that it's been out for a few years. It's about this girl who meets a guy and he ends up being really controlling and he makes her cut most people out of her life. He also threatens to kill himself if she leaves/breaks up with him. I've looked through a lot of lists and I can't find this book. I think I could recognize the book by the cover (it was a pretty cover, with lots of green and some other colors, I think) and I could definitely recognize the book by the blurb. I'm pretty sure that the title was two words, and the second word might have been "Heart" or "Hearts". Thanks.
