Read sometime from 2016-2017 it was free via kindle unlimited. Set during current times. Unknown where (i can't remember if it was based in US or Europe). The Girl (i'm not sure if she was a vampire too or just a straight human), the girl is about 18 or older so i think this is either for readers over 17+ as there maybe sex scenes but i can't recall. Anyways, the girl for some reason is able to cross into different dimension or worlds because she's special?! Each world she goes to the vampires are slightly different. Example, world 2 vampires can go into the sun and not die. World 3, the vampire age just slowly. Again these were examples not the actual things. So when she's in like world 3, she starts to fall in love with the head vampire there but vamps are starting to target her (even through the worlds). Fantasy/Romance type of novel

additional info (maybe): I'm not sure if this is the same book or if I'm mixing 2 books together in my mind. But I think there is a scene early in the book that has 2 guys in an office on one of these other plains/dimensions/or worlds talking about being able to see into this other dimension.

Yes I know and thanks but when you have over 3k book samples/borrowed books it's kindof hard to find the book you want just based on the cover. I've gone thru that list and looked at the books that I thought it might be to read the the synopsis but clearly i can't find it and as when I get towards book 400 I pickier and picker and clearly just pass it by somehow. I do sort my books in my kindle by categories similar to how my goodreads list is but I still can't find it. Hoping someone will know it and post it here to help a girl out from pulling their eyes out lol

I'm not sure I think it might be a series and i either only read book 1 maybe book 2 too?? I know 1 book started with her in her current world (reg earth), then when to 2 more dimensions. I'm pretty sure that that 1 book ended with her going into another dimension. Kindof like a set-up for the next book and that's where I stopped. I've gone thru my returned books on kindle and can't seem to figure out what book it/was...
I think I may have found this series!!!! It's about 12 books so it's going to take a while for me to re-read the books until I get to where the above I recall. I'll repost if it ends up that is it the series but probably be a while hahahahah. I think it's the Blood Destiny series by Connie Suttle. I'm currently reading another series by her High Demon and that had my mind thinking about Blood Destiny.
Blood Destiny Series: Boxed Set. I haven't read this series since 2016-18-ish. If it is this series the above isn't in book 1 it should be in the later books.
