Hopefully :-) :-D Thanks Kru :-)

Also starting A wrinkle in time - BR With Hp buddy...

January has been good so far interms of the books I read. No five starrers, but still no DNF's.
1. Snow Flower and the Secret Fan - My first book to finish this year, and it was very sad to read the life of chinese women and the cruel fate of Snowflower... 4 stars
2. A Wrinkle in Time - 2 stars. Too childish for me, and I expected more from it on account of being Scientific fiction.
3. East - 4 stars. Lovely retelling of Beauty and the beast. This was better than the other retelling(court of thorns and roses) which I read last year.
4. Geekerella - 4 stars - BR with manu. Cute Geek romance, a retelling of Cinderella,
5. The 7½ Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle - 4 stars. IR BOTM, BR-ed with smi and manu. Interesting Mystery thriller told in a intriguing way. Love reading this.
6. The Kiss Thief - 3 stars, BR with manu, light and fast romance.
7. Vicious - Another fast romance read, by the same author as the previous book above. 3 stars again
8. The Wicked King - Second book of Folk of the air series, Much interesting than the first one, and the ending was unexpected..!! 4 stars.
9. Circe - 3.75 stars. my 2nd Greek mythology read, and this was full of Gods, godesses, demigods, nymphs. Nice tale, but was slow at times.
10. 99 Percent Mine - A fast romance. and okayish. 3 stars

1. David Copperfield - pending from Jan
2. The Pillars of the Earth
3. The Guns of Navarone
4. Cold Days
5. Hellhound on His Trail: The Stalking of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the International Hunt for His Assassin
6. Great Expectations

11. Homegoing - This story spans the life of 2 half-sisters, who were brought up in different households. The author tells the story of the multiple generations of the the 2 sisters. Early part of the book, I felt some sort of missing connectivity since each of the story was abruptly finished, and mostly there are not much mention of the earlier generations. Loved how the author connected the dots later in the second half. Reading about the slavery and miseries of the Africans was very sad. 5 stars
12. Win Some, Lose Some - BR with manu, A cute fast read. 3 stars
13. The Cad and the Co-Ed - Another romance read to get out from the grim mood of reading Homegoing. 3 stars
14. The Wall of Winnipeg and Me - Valentine's day BR with manu. Was as lovely as ever
15. The Guns of Navarone - 4 stars, BR with HP.. This was a tough read throughout. 5 men-each a specialist in dealing with death, are being sent to the island of Navarone, to destroy the famous and fatal Guns of Navarone. They are going with the skill of mountain climbing, and the knowledge of the Map got from someone who knows Navarone and the surroundings. It was thrilling to read the details of the operation and how these 5 men succeed in doing what the navy were not able to achieve...
16. The Pillars of the Earth - 3 stars. This took most of my February... Full of church politics, and architecture of cathedrals.. This was overwhelming, yet interesting.
17. Magic Shifts - 8th book in KD series. and this was fast read as usual though without much action...
That's Februrary for me.. Hope to read more in March...

1. David Copperfield - Still here ;-)
2. Hellhound on His Trail: The Stalking of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the International Hunt for His Assassin
3. Poirot Investigates
4. Cold Days
5. The Storyteller
6. Winter's Heart

The highlight has been that I finally completed David Copperfield which has been in my CR for almost 2 years... Apart from that, March has been a rich reading month for me..
18, 19. Magic Binds, Magic Triumphs - Final two books of the KD series.. and I loved them ...
20. Iron and Magic - first book in the Iron Covenant series.. This shows the other side of Hugh, who had been a prominent villain in a couple of books in the KD series... 5 stars
21. Poirot Investigates - Collection of short stories about Hercule poirot and his cases.. After reading the full length novels where Poirot solves the cases using his grey cells, this had not been fully satisfying to read.. The storiCold Dayses felt too short, and the mysteries too simple...
22. Hellhound on His Trail: The Stalking of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the International Hunt for His Assassin - This was a tough one... Had too many details about the killer.. and some of it felt unnecessary
23. Cold Days -
24. The Dance
25. Myth = Mithya: A Handbook of Hindu Mythology
26. An Exaltation of Larks
27. Beard Science
28. David Copperfield
29. Skin Game
30. Murder on the Orient Express

going to begoing to try to be more disciplined in 2019 in terms of reading... Have note decided challenges to be part of yet.Am making some resolutions for the coming year.
- Read paperbacks - Atleast 10.
- Reduce reading in mobile phone
- Don't juggle too many books. This was not fair to all those books I left ignored in my CR shelf.
This is the list of books I plan to chose from for reading in 2019..
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
I'll probably read 50% out of this list, and read all other books, which I randomly jump into BR's.
Currently Reading:
David Copperfield - page 425/882
Homegoing - 30%
