SOLVED. YA fiction book about library of magical objects with romance between main character female and guy working there. They often borrow items like a magic picnic table

Hi guys! I'm trying to find a YA fantasy fiction book about a girl who started working/volunteering at a library with I think 2 other people. She learned the secret of the library, an area with shelves of magical objects that The Grimm Legacypeople could check out. The staff would often borrow stuff to mess with. There was a picnic table that automatically filled with food, 7 league boots, etc. Lots of items from fairy tales or legends.

The main character eventually ended up with one of the guys working with her. I think she may have been interested in two different guys.

One of things I really remember is that items were moved around by pneumatic tubes. There may have been a scene where the main girl was transformed into a mouse. There was definitely a scene where she was locked inside a room where there was a witch's cauldron and she considered using it as a bathroom because she had been in there for a while.

If any of this sounds familiar please let me know! It's really driving me crazy. I think I read this 3-5 years ago.
