Perhaps it is not hate, perhaps it is "tough love". At least the other three on the list are easy to find. Let the search for Halftime begin.

Well, I spoke too soon. My search does indicate there has been exactly one English edition of the book with a very small run. I have found no copies for sale and there are only six libraries in the world that have copies: 2 in Canada, 1 in Australia, 1 in Turkey, 1 in the UK, and 1 in the the US in Knoxville Tennessee which is very very far away from where I live. I guess I will be reading the other books on the list.
