I read this book about 3 years ago. The cover consists mainly of the colours yellow and white with two people wearing yellow scrubs. In the book there is a suicide prevention organization who takes people against there will and does something bad to them. The MC is a girl. After her brother and a close friend dies, and then her boyfriend, who was also her brothers best friend gets taken to the organization, the MC (view spoiler)[tries to kill her self by taking poison pills but her parents call the organization and they take her away (hide spoiler)] The boyfriend/best friends name is James I think. He gives the MC a plastic ring and declare his love for her at a lake. The same lake where (view spoiler)[the brother jumps and kills himself (hide spoiler)]
After the MC is taken by the organization, she tries everything to stop them because when people leave from there, they become and act different.
