Page numbers were slightly problematic. I was listening on audio and the only paginated version was paperback, which had the 339 pages listed. I had listened to 5 out of 10 audio disks at the end of December, so the other half was in January. Does that help?

I love all of her books, but some are deeper, especially in spiritual terms, than others. This is one that has some good spiritual meat in it. Learning to trust in adversity, recognizing true merit and character without being blinded by wealth or class, living a life centered on helping others instead of simply satisfying one's own self - put those with a good romance and how can you go wrong?
