1. A Charming Cure by Tonya Kappes (Mr. Prince Charming, June's cat always figures in prominently)
2. (Ivanhoe is a very intuitive Scottish Fold cat that seems to understand and act on people's words)
3. Moriarty, the shop cat actually did something for the case instead of hissing at Gemma all the time ;)
4. Oscar, Taylor's Abyssinian cat seems almost human
5. Sawdust, Whitney's cat had chapters from his point of view--and he got to do something really cool to help the case.
6. Emerson, the bookshop cat, is a main character
7. Trouble and Misfit are such stinkers! Litter brothers--one is the bookshop cat and one is Krissy's home cat
8. Even though there is no cat on the cover, Maggie the white cat keeps showing up everywhere almost intuitively--I think she's going to be an important character
9. Maggie continues to hiss at death and danger
10. Figaro is hilarious and an important character in the book
11. RahRah is quite the character!
12. Indy is a witch's talking cat
13. Like all good library cats, Charles has to watch out for his humans
14. The Pom is just a foster, but Wheels the cat is Liz's cat, what a character!
15. Penny is the shop cat, but Rune is the more intuitive one
16. Eddie is the coolest bookmobile cat
17. NPH (Neil Patrick Housecat) may belong to the condo manager, but he's Lucy's buddy and protects her
18. Lola (full name Gina Lollobrigada) is a diva and she knows it
19. Mongrel the rescue cat saved Narel's life
20. Sara Bourgeois 5/4/19--Meri is the family familiar cat who talks
21. Smokey became a rescue cat when Annie found him at the cafe
22. Endora is a rescue that clearly likes one sister better
23. Shadow is almost human! He saved the humans' skin a couple of times
24. Blossom is determined to become Karen's cat
25. Nutty is Stan's sweet sidekick and even gets along with Scruffy the rescue dog
26. Queenie the cat helped take down a killer
27. The description of the cat chase with Moishe and Cuddles is always hilarious
28. Jinx got to take out a killer
29. Granny's cat Captain was an Instagram star
30. Trouble the cat was good at detecting electronic bugs
31. The book may be about a talking dog, but Albert the cat not only had to get used to a new housemate, he got to defend his human against a killer.
