For those struggling to figure out the time zone differences try this website:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock...

Set the starting time for 12 am. 05 minutes and the country/city/state to USA-Illinois-Chicago (to be sure you are looking at just after midnight in Central USA time).
Then set the location to your country/state/city (or your time zone).

For example if I sent the second location to AUSTRALIA - Queensland - Brisbane it will tell me that midnight between Aug 28 and Aug 29 in Chicago equals 3:00 p.m. in Brisbane.
