ok guys, we are currently at 20 books. go team!

if my calculations are correct, that's 3 roses right now:
4 books = 1 rose
8 books = 2 roses
another 8 books: 3 roses

then we have 4 extra books.

I am trying to finish my last one, which will be 5 extra books. If Nicole reads a book, that would make 4 roses and a total of 6 extra books. So we'd just need 2 more books to get another rose, for a total of 5 roses (I think).

That's just my calculations, which very well could be wrong, I was never very good at maths haha. I am going to double check everyone's books because MKat won't be able to before the task ends and I'm sure she's very busy anyway.

This is just an update, absolutely no way trying to pressure anyone to read extra books! This is just a fun challenge and I'm not trying to make anyone feel like it's an obligation. Also, I've not really looked at other teams and their totals, so they could all be blowing us out of the water, who knows :)

Woo hoo! There's the last book needed for a total of 25 roses! I haven't been keeping track of how any of the other groups are doing, but I think we've made a solid showing. I liked the unlimited roses for multiples of 8 books in the final week. I kind of wish we'd known it was a possibility sooner -- I would have made a longer list of books to read for the theme.
