Task 25.4 option 3 requires that the author be born in or currently live in Illinois, and that a reference be provided if the author's GR bio doesn't give this info. The only info in this bio is that "they live happily ever after in the magical land midway between Chicago and Milwaukee." Since Milwaukee is in Wisconsin, this does not establish residence in Illinois.
