This is an unreleased raw draft of the cover, according to the author. A librarian has made it an ARC, however I believe it should be merged with the correct cover.

There is also an ebook with the incorrect cover that I think should have the cover removed.

Both titles are arguably correct - this is a Free Comic Book Day prelude to the “Die Kitty Die: Heaven & Hell” miniseries, carrying the “Die Kitty Die: I Love You to Death!” title on the cover, but the series collection refers to it as issue #0.

Individual comics books are generally not considered books on Goodreads. Exceptions would be those published as Kindle editions, but that does not appear to be the case for these.
