My second round, is here and I just posted to amazon. It should be up in a day or so.

The deadline for first round is tomorrow, but we have all our ten reviewers reporting, folks. Great job! Next round reviews are due in three weeks, on Dec. 22. Since that's Christmastime, might want to get the second round ones in before the 15th so you don't have to lose your mind! And yes, your assigned reviews may be out of sequence. As long as it's two books you've read and reviewed, any two, by the 22nd of December.
Yup, Peter, just delete your review of Francis' book. You already reviewed Chlorophyll and Gasoline, which is correct.
To make things clear, you should review: (in any order)
Hyde's Lament
Bear Kingdom & The Golden Sword
Call of the Labyrinth
Not to sweat.... you've already done Round One on time, and you have three weeks to review and post the next book.
Round 4 for Stacie’s book and that concludes my commitment to this round.https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I have no idea, but I wouldn't worry about it, if it happened to me, I would leave it be. But if you still are seeking answers, I find messaging the Goodreads librarian a big help all the time. Here is the help page. https://www.goodreads.com/help
If you look at the right side at the top of the page, you will see a line saying, "Still have a question? Contact us." Then you click on the hyperlink and then type up your question. A Goodreads librarian will get back to you within three days.
Another thing is to just wait one day. Amazon and Goodreads reviews posted by other people are v-e-r-y slow sometimes. I've had Amazon reviews that I've posted take three days to show up, even if I have no connection to the author.
Has it been at least 24 hours? I post a lot of reviews. One thing I notice is that if I post a review or modify a review, the review or modification will appear right away on my profile page, or on the book's page under my activity, but as far as the "community" section of the book's page, it almost always takes until the following day before my review or my changes appear.
A note to my reviewers: I have just unpublished my books on Amazon. Please feel free to still publish any reviews on Goodreads if you want, to fulfil your commitment to the round..So - I will not be participating in the review rounds for a while. Thanks to the organisers for all the extra hard work you put in.
Sorry to hear we'll be missing your enthusiasm in future review rounds, Brin, but if I'm not mistaken, you won't be gone very long. Hope the hint of the book unpublishing means that a book deal is imminent!Back to business. Next round deadline is this Sat, Dec. 22. If I recall, it seems most of you have already reviewed two books each by now, if not more. Nonetheless, for those of you who have yet to do a second book review in this group, please keep this deadline in mind.
Okay, taking stock on this second round deadline, just one person has yet to post a review. That's Peter, who kindly reviewed a book, but it turned out to be the wrong one (thanks though!) Still, Peter has to review any of the books on his list for this round to count the second round task. Another note, six of us are all finished! Wow. Pretty fast.
Here is my review for Brin's Children of the Furnace. On Goodreads:

On Amazon:

Thanks! Just a note that I've sent the one missing second round reviewer a note two days ago, but still have yet to hear from him. I'll keep on it!
That concludes my reviews. I have given my review to Scott privately. Scott, if you do decide to rework the book, let me know. I'd be interested to see the result.P M F

Peter, you reviewed my novel and that makes it..."
Oh well I will leave the review. It was a fun read.
Here is my round two,Sorry for the delay I put in the wrong review.

Great that all the round two reviews are done. For the few of you that haven't done a round three review yet, the next deadline is Jan. 12, just nine days away.

Thank you for your honest review, Peter. Much appreciated.
Hey! I'm terribly sorry, but I just started university, so I haven't had too much time to read. I'll post my reviews by tomorrow!
Thanks Serena! L.N. you're next, for the past deadline. There are not many people left, but the final round deadline is Feb. 2.
Hi Scott, apologies for the lateness. Something urgent came up, but here it is. Amazon links to follow:https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Thanks! That's the third round all wrapped up. Final round is February 2. I think only three reviewers left?
L.N. and Peter are supposed to review my Call of the Labyrinth, I believe. So those are two of the three reviews left?
Scott, if it's okay with you, I need to drop out of the rest of the round. Anyone who has reviewed me can delete their reviews, as I'm unable to complete the round due to personal issues and overcomitting.
L.N. I would be willing to forgo the given deadline in February, if you could agree to getting around to my review "sometime," once your commitments ease up. I understand sometimes life gets in the way.
I will on both accounts. Francis, I shall delete the review of your book. It was a quick one, I have to admit. So much going on, my head feels like it's going to explode. P.M.F, once my.commitments have eased up. I will be glad to review your book. I have it on my Kindle. Thank you all for your understanding.
I agree with the last post.Reviewers who join a review group should make sure they have the time to fully review a book. It is both giving something and gaining something. For those reviewers who had a mistaken analysis of their next two months when joining a review group, it's unfortunate, but that's why there are three weeks per review. Barring long-term catastrophic personal events, that should be enough time per review (and in fact the ability to shift books around in the overall timeline to maximize dead time and to be strategically absent during pressing time).
Thanks Francis.
There are just some things you can't get around Scott, no matter how much time you have. Mine is very limited, and will be for a few months. I think the subject should be dropped from this thread. The fact is, I'm out until further notice.
A reminder, last round reviews (final deadline) is next week Saturday, Feb. 2. Two reviewers are left to post round four, and one reviewer has left.
Thanks!
This wraps up the group. Two reviewers missed the deadline, and their paired authors have been left out of the full benefits of this review group to which they were entitled, despite fulfilling their own obligations. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I've moderated about ten review groups so far, and this one seemed the least productive so far. I know that about 95% of reviews were still done on time, but we all want (and fully deserve) 100%.
For those of you who are authors who missed a review of their books, the only recourse is the one-for-one group.
Here is the webpage below. Tell Emma you're from Group 203, you were stiffed a review, and would like to list your book(s) there (only the books that missed a review).
