Twilight question

I've recently read The Hunger Games series, and I do have to admit I liked it better. I found the social and political aspects of it really interesting, as well as a good story and interesting characters. However, Twilight had a huge impact on me when I read it. I have such a strong emotional connection to the books and its characters. Twilight will stick with me the rest of my life, because it was such a huge part of my life when I was 11. While I enjoyed The Hunger Games a lot and is somewhat apart of its fandom it didn't have the same impact on me, maybe because I was older when I read it. So yes, I do think The Hunger Games is better than Twilight from in literary sense, but either way Twilight is way more important to me.

Hunger Games is better no contest. You see, Hunger Games, has thing called a theme, it has an over arching message which is missing from Twilight. Not to mention it's written better, more deliberate which makes sense since it has a theme. Twilght just seems to drag on until like 3/4 of the way through and the author realizes there's supposed to be a plot. The only book in the series that's kinda an exception is Eclipse but even that one is pretty anti climatic. Breaking Dawn is completely anti climatic, nothing happens literally. And then there's the matter of the story, Hunger Games wins there as well and that's because there are actually stakes, something that drives the story, nothing really drive Twilght beyond maybe Bella's droning inner monologue.

The only thing these two books have in common is that they were a popular teen book series turned into movies.

The Hunger Games and Twilight cannot compare, because they are two completely different novels. I can say that I enjoyed the story of Katniss better, but as far as likability of characters, I must say that Twilight wins in this area. Twilight also had a better ending, in my opinion, than The Hunger Games rather vague ending. Nevertheless, it can be said that I do not think that any one of these novels is better than the other. They are both well-written, one-day-to-be classic books.

I’d say you can’t compare them, hunger games is more about the possible future and is attacking today’s society, white twilight is completely fiction about a fantasy world set in our current time, were hunger games is a possibility. I feel like hunger games had a deeper meaning though were twilight is just a romance novel with some fluff. Both a great. But hard to compare

Very different books but I'd have to choose the Hunger Games for sure.

Twilight is most definitely better than the Hunger Games. I mean the quality of writing is much better in Twilight. The characters are much better in it, too. Most of the Hunger Games characters are quite boring. The Hunger Games is not a page turner and I could hardly make it through let alone if I tried to read it a second time unlike Twilight which I have read like five times.
