Please help to find this book, I don't remember if it's historical or contemporary romance.

Both the H and h inherit a store from his or her grandfather. I think their grandfathers owned the store together and then they had a conflict. The heroes can't sell the store and they hate each other. Some time later they decide to work together at the store.

I read it 4-5 years ago, don't remember the cover. I am sure it was female author. I think it's set in a small town.
