Which fictional character would you want in your head?

I got the Emperox from The Collapsing Empire and I do actually think we'd get along pretty well, so I'm good.
ETA I am frustrated with some of the options. "Loyalty" vs. "Always there for you?" "Chicago, DC, Moon, or Mars?" How are these options? Who TF is picking Chicago right now unless it's necessary we move to Dresden's frigid city to meet him?

lol. Well when you put it that way, my decision makes total sense. I picked the farthest away I could get!

I dunno, if even that'll do. "Space Force", you know 9_9edit: Heyy! Got Murderbot too! (good, at least, I know who they are - was very likely I'd get someone I wouldn't have any clue about)

Well clearly the Emperox and I are going to claim Mars, and she has more experience at space battles, so I think we'll be fine. And if not, I'll see if one of her friends can just smuggle us to the other side of the universe and we'll try again there!

I took it three times and got three different answers:1) Murderbot
2) Emperox
3) Mark Watney (Martian)
So, I guess you can just call me diverse. =D Bwahahah

You mean you took it until you got Watney? ;) Can't blame you *proceeds to do the same* mwahaha.
Tried it twice and always got the emperox. Hate it when I got results from a book I don't like. *escaping to the black cradle*
LoL - Actually, I have fun with these things but they always ask me questions where I fit most of the answers or none. So, I just went into it and answered with all the ones that fit. Hahahha! I just stopped at three. =)
I only took it once and I ended up with Elma York from The Fated Sky. I’ve never read it, so I have no idea what that means beyond the blurb I got back that basically told me she’s an intelligent mathematician. But the logic to this quiz seems flawed. When they asked me what subject I did best at in school, I answered with “Math”. So they gave me a mathematician to put in my head. What sense does that make? I’d want somebody in my head who has skills I lack, otherwise they’re just a waste of space. :p
I got Stephen Leeds by Brandon Sanderson. I haven't heard of him (Leeds) or the book. I got him 3 times. :)
M.L. wrote: "I got Stephen Leeds by Brandon Sanderson. I haven't heard of him (Leeds) or the book. He's like super smart & paranoid. Great stories. I'm currently on short story 3. Well, I've been on that for a while now.

Oh, I don't know. The same way I got Great Blue Heron on a 'which animal' test.
Seriously, some fit and some were done by closest. For example: Where would you like to live?
OK: Mars, NYC, DC, Chicago, and someplace else.
Nice as Mars sounds (fun, The Martian, etc.), I followed Scott Kelly the astronaut during his year in space. Do I want to live in a place that is freezing, no water, no air, eat stuff in crap? Mars would be better maybe but maybe not. So out. No outer space.
Earthwise it has to be near water, the ocean. LA was not on the list so that left NYC (DC is not near enough the coast).
So: New York.
And on down. I took it 3 times because the first is quick impression, the second more thought out, the third a 'would I go back and change anything,' so it ended up being consistent.
Now, your turn! :)
So, how did you come out with 3 different one?
Technically, DC is right by the water. It's just not that scenic for the most part. Hahaha! Neither is NYC. Not really. Going in the water by either would not be that great and I like both cities for different reasons. I am both extrovert & introvert. I like the idea of living in space or on Earth. I am all of the things on that list of what would you describe yourself as list but really that depends on what I'm doing. So, that answer changed each time & I used: leader, creative, innovative. Really, I could probably end up with a bunch of the answers. lol
I took it twice and got Murderbot both times. I haven't read the series yet, but it is on my TBR. Maybe this is motivation to move it up the list?
Anna wrote: "Which fictional character would you want in your head?"Interesting question, since you’re all figments of my imagination. It’s like you’re lampshading your own fictive existence. Man, my imagination is super meta!

There's a difference.
Anyway it's all marketing but still cute.
I got Stephen Leeds the first time, then Murderbot the second. I'm with Soo, there were a lot of the questions where it was hard to pick one answer. I very much resented that all of the only options for where to live were the eastern U.S. or space. Think maybe I'll just get in line for the black cradle...
I’d like an awesome narrator, like RA Salvatore, commenting on my actions, making them seem more epic, and giving a theme to my life.
FYI, I took the quiz twice and answered in completely different ways, and got Murderbot both times.... I think it’s been hacked.

I got Emperox like all three times I took it. This is annoying because I haven’t even read that book or heard of that character.I object and make an immediate motion to dismiss in favor of Mycroft Canner.

I picked Chicago. North side is awesome to live in, tbh.
Got Emprox as well.
Yeah it's a marketing stunt, but it doesn't change the fact that these things can be fun!I also did it two more times after seeing everyone else's varied results. First I changed the ones I had pondered between the first time, and stil got Murderbot. The third time I changed it a bit more, and got the Emperox, but I don't feel like the answers were me anymore.
My problem with the location question was pretty much the same as ML's. I wouldn't want to live in space at this moment, because it wouldn't be very convenient. I also don't want to live in the US. I had to choose the Moon, because at least it's closer to Earth than Mars. I'm hoping that by the time I've turned into Murderbot and moved to the Moon, there's a nice colony already set up.
I took the test and got Murderbot, I haven't read the series yet though!I'd like some kind of polymath or a very socially competent person in my head (I'd have to look through my shelves to see who fits but I'm sure there'd be some to choose from)
that way, they could always tell me just what I need to know in whatever situation or just give general useful advice.
Answered with my 'own answers' and got Murderbot - then tried to alter the answers to get Watney, which was way easy (and mostly the opposite of my own answers - except for Mars. Though, really? Would Mark choose to live on Mars?)A logical path to Mark: Mars - extrovert - science - face it head on - explore - innovative - a good listener.
I took it twice with just slightly different answers on some questions that I could go either way on...and I got the Emperox twice. I haven't read the series, so I don't know anything about her, but the description doesn't sound bad.
Soo wrote: "Technically, DC is right by the water. It's just not that scenic for the most part."New York 2140 would be a good fit!
I got Emperox but also had to either lie or go "close enough" on half of the questions.
None of the above, grumble, okay, Columbus -->
Introvert -->
English (lie, but did not want to answer math because I'm not a math person NOW) -->
Avoid at all costs -->
Read -->
None of the above, I mean creative, I guess -->
Loyalty

No surprises, I got Murderbot!
