Yes, it was night, the family was here, I got tired, a lot of social media

Just knowing it is part of the day. I will have more time this last quarter of uninterrupted.


What surprises you most about the read-a-thon so far?
How fast it is flying by.

That probably actually helped you! Next time I am not going to check every hour here. I am only going to do 4 or 6 hour check ins. I get sucked in too easily.

I can't believe that I have to work on Saturday. My magazine is coming off late and won't be available for delivery until tomorrow early. Bummer!

Romance is not my genre so I'm always on the look out for good ones to use for challenges. That's good to know.

Drinking some crystal light and getting ready to move to a new reading spot.

2. How many books have you read so far?
I have finished The Road. Gotten 60% through The Shape of Night and gotten a few hours of A Court of Mist and Fury listened to.

3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon?
Planning on starting Harry Bosch. He got pushed back!

4. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
Yes, my husband. Patiently! He is trying to be supportive. :)

5. What surprises you most about the Read-a-thon, so far?
Nothing. I am doing really well and having a lot of fun!
