Nay (4ukcats) I’m happy to say I’ve read every book you mentioned, Grey!

Some of you girls have some GREAT reading to look forward to!

And Leslie, Ela was absolutely, positively right to warn you!!

JudyCa | 1709 comments Robin wrote: "Leslie wrote: "Wait!!! I haven't read "c" book because when I first met Ela, she told me not to.

*whispers to Michele* The c book is The Story of Us (Carnage, #1) by Lesley Jones"

Leslie! Go to your room!"

I wasn't about to even whisper that one!

What about Night Owl? did I miss that one too?

message 153: by Nay (new)

Nay (4ukcats) That one’s great, too! I read the first Night Owl but never read the 2nd because they pulled us in with a $.99 book with a cliffhanger and then wanted to charge $9.99 for the 2nd one.

message 154: by Nay (new)

Nay (4ukcats) That’s probably why there are over 1,100 Amazon reviews for the first one, and the 2nd one has only 178. I know they usually go down with each book, but that’s a huge drop. And the price has gone down to $7.99 now.

message 155: by Nay (new)

Nay (4ukcats) Speaking of Night Owl, was there ever a big reveal or uncovering of who the mysterious author is?

That was a brilliant move on their part. It had everyone talking and guessing. I never even heard if it’s a man or a woman (I eventually guessed a woman from the way they worded some of their posts. But if I remember correctly, it seems like at first, a lot of us thought it might be a man??)

message 159: by Leslie (new)

Donna...trust me, read Bad Things. Oh, and Night Owl...so good.

Stephanie, no biggie, it happens. *giggle* I just got to pick two books this month, LOL!

Leslie, I'm just sending everyone to their rooms tonight.

I have NO idea who the real author of Night Owl is...but they gave us our beloved Manny... so it works for me. I still have Manny today, btw...I used him heavily this past weekend.

message 161: by Donna (new)

Donna B (donnajo11) Starting Bad Things tonight :).

ACOTAR and Bird and the Sword/Queen and the Cure....but I still stand by not liking PNR/Fantasy books as a general rule. I find I have to concentrate too hard to figure stuff out!!! But damnit if that Elabelle doesn't keep coming up with great ones that break my rule!!!
