Issues claiming book

I am still having problems trying to claim my book and now there are two copies listed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong so I hope someone can help me. Below are the links to the books listings. They show under another Lane Parker instead of me. One of them was fixed and I was told I could claim it but I still cannot figure out how to do that. If I could have them merged into one and then have my profile listed as the author please. Or if someone can help me do it myself that would be great.

Hi Lane,
I merged the Kindle editions.
As the edition you had previously attached to your profile did not list ASIN number this could be the reason why your application for an author profile was not accepted.
If that was the case you can try again now, hopefully with a better result.
