YA book with main character has a decision to make and in one story line she makes it and it plays out and in the other story line it plays out a different way

YA romantic I read this book about 4 years ago
it shows a girl with a broken leg at a coffee shop and she meets a boy, it shows the two different storylines from there either she dates the boy and goes in one direction with her life or doesn't and goes in a completely different direction for her life, I remember the coffee shop was a very popular place where she went a lot, I'm pretty sure she was a big athlete but since her foot was broken she couldn't do practices, I think she also sang or performed there once or twice

What's the location - country, region, big city/small town?
