"So desirable I wanted to wrap my arms around you right then."
"Even as a young boy?" She asked, looking back at him.
"I wasn't that young, boys have eyes too"
"How old were you then? Fourteen? Sixteen? You are a few years older than me."
"Sixteen" he replied his face taking on a nostalgic look
"So I was twelve then." She made a face.
She smirked and stepped away once had corset was tied and buttoned on her blouse, then tucked it into her skirt.
"You know women grow up much sooner than men" he said defensely.
She nodded. "Yes. Especially me." She winked. "Early bloomer."
She giggled and sat on the bed and pulled up her skirts as she pulled on her stockings up over her knees.
He watched as he marveled at what women did to look so good.
She then pulled on her boots and laced them up her calves, then quickly braided her wet hair.
"Hm?" She snapped her attention over to him, not knowing what he was referring to.
He shook his head. "Nothing, I should go get the wagon ready" he mumbled.
"Okay." She shrugged, standing up and frowning at where the mirror used to be.
"You look perfect believe me" he said.
She smiled and blushed, biting her lip. "Thank you."
"You are welcome,shall we go see what costumes they have for us?"
She walked over to him and hugged his arm. "Yes. We shall."((This is my favourite rp lol ))
He led her downstairs and out to the stables so he could get the wagon ready but instead a carriage pulled up and gestured for them.to.approach.(( Thanks, but don't tell your others okay. Mine too you know it's ugh you know))
Lucy frowned and looked at Jeff, stepping closer to him. ((Hehe, yeah))
The coachman called from the driver seat." Compliments of your host tonight" he said and he motioned for them to get in. Jeff shrugged at Lucy and opened the carriage door for her.((ugh))
She smiled a little and picked up her skirts and stepped up into the carriage, sitting down on the plush seats.((is that the only reason why its your fav? lol))
Jeff sat next to her on the soft seers and the carriage lurched and the were off to the ball.(( no I think we have a good mix of everything. The light banter between the two))
She smiled and placed a hand on his thigh, gently squeezing. ((Yes yes))
He smiled at her. He took her hand in his. "I hope its not just a pumpkin" he said dryly.
"What isn't just a pumpkin?" Snd laughed.
"This carriage" he replied "Notice they didn't have a groom" ((of course))
"You like fairytales?" She smiled with a giggle.
He shrugged the ones that ending happy ever after, and the poor boy gets the girl"
"Isn't it the other way around? Where the poor princess gets her Prince Charming?"
"Usually" he mumbled "sexism and fairy tales" he said laughing.
"That's all the world is. Sexism." She sighed.
"Don't you mean sex?" he asked smiling.
She burst into laughter and playfully smacked his chest gently. "Maybe. Only for us though."
"That's all I care about " he said "You and me against the world"
She leaned closer to him and kissed him behind his ear. "Yes. Us against the world."
He grinned and sat back in his seat his mind in the future Him with Lucy by his side.
"We should write our own fairy tale." She suggested.
"A backwards one?" he asked eyeing her.
"The poor boy get the Princess" he said matter of factly.
"I'm hardly a princess." She sighed.
"Your vote does not count" he said kissing her forehead.
