Cover features two girls unscrewing a bedknob, a female ghost reaching out behind them to stop them. As far as I can remember, the story follows two girls who move into an old house with an attic where there is the ghost of a little girl they can talk to. There is an old man in the house who has some connection to the girl's ghost. There is some connection to a mural painted on the downstairs walls that shows Civil War carnage and has since been wallpapered over.
