I’m trying with this one - 150 pages in. Though I like - I am finding it very hard to get used to her style. I’ve been told it might get easier

I am planning to do it on audio - I wonder if that will help or if I will just find my mind wandering?

Well it must be an epic sized audio book! I am finding reading a little better - but still find myself rereading sentences. Reading about middlemarch has helped - like a road map
I have stopped half way through and have picked up the September read Frankenstein - which is WAY easier to read. I'm hoping when I pick up Middlemarch again - i will find it more engaging after a break (though I do think book is good).
FOR FUN: It's listed as #5 in how to kill your book club:http://www.middleclasshandbook.co.uk/...

ME & MIDDLEMARCH: Rebecca Mead wrote a book about her life and Middlemarch called "Me and Middlemarch" - reviewed in the New Yorker https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/20...
