Nice sweet simple love story. Novellas are IMO the best format for a straightforward romance, particularly YA ones, since you don't get any extraneous garbage. This one really delved into the insecurities of the teen without being overly cliche or dramatic. The characters acted honestly, without the boring games that writers use to stretch a story. The ending may have been a little corny, but it was still sweet. Nice bit of candy between meaty books.
