Karishma, since you deleted your questions there, I'll answer them here:

1. Yes, your beater should still continue reading a book even if chain has been finished. You can still knock that chaser off the broom and she needs to be read back in before she can continue with chains. As long as chaser is down, only thing she/he can read for is to fix quaffle if it's broken.
2. As a beater you can read same book chaser reads or match word in a title. Yes, my book isn't in english, but as you can see we were being fair and gave you translation of the title. So you can still match words.

Quick point of clarification:

When a Beater is matching a word to the Chaser's book, the match needs to be exact as we are allowing you to match a word rather than read the actual book. In either a defense or attack, both Beaters need to match the original Chaser's book.
