Ahhhhh, they're so hard. This is going to take me ages!

* All books from which characters come, are YA - in fact, all books on rounds 1 and 2 (I haven't checked 3 and 4 yet) clearly have 'young adult' listed under 'genres' on the books page on Goodreads. If 'adult' is listed higher than 'young adult' then that is not the book you are looking for. If you have to go to 'genres' (ie; it's not on the main page), then it's not the book you are looking for.
* All books from which characters come have at least 10,000 ratings. If the book you've found doesn't have 10,000 ratings, then it's not the book you're looking for. Because of this, there are no obscure books with only 3 ratings on there, or brand new books with very few ratings on there.
* All books from which characters come have at least 100 pages, so if the book you've found is shorter than that, then it's not the book you're looking for.
* Not all characters are the lead character in the book in which they appear in - there are a couple of characters which are not the lead character in a book, but not many. When we say not a lead character though, we don't mean characters with very small roles. For example, if we were doing characters from The Hunger Games, we might do Katniss, or Peeta, but we wouldn't do Seneca Crane, or Glimmer, or Mrs Everdeen, because they don't have the biggest roles.
And also - these clues are designed to fool Google! Try -
*picking out specific words,
*changing words to other words which have similar meanings,
*thinking about what a clue might be saying, without outright saying it,
*think about what genre the book might be - contemporary? historical? paranormal? sci-fi? this might help you narrow down your search,
*think about what time frame the descriptions are telling you about - 90% of these descriptions are either in the blurb, or happen within the first 15% of a book. So what might happen next?
*use all your tools - Google, Listopia, Goodreads shelves - https://www.goodreads.com/shelf
*and these are popular books, why not look at the planned buddy reads lists? if a book has more than 10,000 ratings, there's a chance it's been buddy read before ☺

I am so mad at these XD I've been searching for SO LONG for Number 4. How can it be so difficult to find an orphan character going to high school that's"blond, beautiful, and popular" and has a sister? XDThe answer is very. VERY hard.

I have added so many books to my TBR, but have found exactly 0 of the characters I'm looking for. These are so much harder than round one!!I am enjoying the challenge though. I just hope that I can get some of them!
I feel like in comparison the 6 and 8 point characters from round one are 2 and 4 pointers XD The change in difficulty is IMMENSE.
You've gotten so many! I'm impressed! o.OI'm doing so much googling and goodreads list searching (...most of which was for orphan characters) and also attempting to find lists of YA characters who are named after plants? 8'D It's amazing the lengths you go to, huh?

I think a lot of it for me is that I don't want to ask for clues from Sarah unless I get utterly desperate, because I want to be SURE I've searched really hard first, y'know?
