Guess Who? Non-Reading Challenge (MMC 2018)

How it works:
Each week I will post descriptions for several different characters from popular YA books. Each description will be in the form of 5 clues, which should help you to work out who we are talking about ☺
Each participant must then send me a personal message with their answers as to who they think each set of descriptions is talking about, along with the title of a book which each character appears in.
For each correct answer, you will receive a number of points, each set of descriptions will tell you how many points it's worth, with harder descriptions/characters being worth more points.
The person with the most points at the end will win this challenge (points will also go towards your overall score for the MMC 2018)
Example:
Book #1
1. My initials are K.E.
2. I'm female.
3. My father died in a mining accident.
4. I volunteered for something to protect my little sister.
5. I'm really good with a bow and arrow.

Rules/Guidelines:
* Descriptions should be posted once a week, on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. I cannot guarantee what time it will be exactly though.
* Some of these descriptions are not found in the blurb of the book from which the character comes. You may need to do further research.
* Not all characters are the lead character in the book in which they appear in.
* All books from which characters have been taken, are YA, have at least 100 pages, and have a minimum of 10,000 ratings.
* Descriptions and scores will be posted on a seperate thread here -
* Answers should be sent via personal message to myself. Please include both the characters name, and the title of a book in which they appear.
* Please note that answers must be spelled correctly. Answers which are spelled incorrectly will be deemed wrong.
* Please let us know the characters name as it appears in the first book they appear in where possible. If the character changes their name in book 3, and you send me this name, I will most likely deem it incorrect.
* Once I have read your message, I will reply to you to let you know how many descriptions you have answered correctly. (Please be aware that you may not get a response right away, partly due to time zones, and partly because I will probably have a lot of messages to get through, as well as scores for other challenges ☺)
* If you answer one or more descriptions incorrectly, you do have a second chance to answer correctly, simply send me your second guess. If you answer a description wrong twice, then you will not get a third chance to answer that description, you will simply score 0 points for that one.
* Answers posted in the thread will be deleted, and the person who posted them disqualified.
* This is a non-reading challenge, you do not need to read anything for this challenge.
* This challenge will end at 00:01 on August 31st 2018, Pacific Time - https://greenwichmeantime.com/time-zo... Answers received after this time will not be counted, so please be sure to send in your answers before this time. Do not worry if you sent your answers in but didn't receive an answer before the end of the challenge. As long as your message is sent before this time, it will count ☺
* Winners for this challenge will be announced on August 31st, which is the day before the results for the overall MMC.

* Each set of descriptions will tell you how many points they are worth. Harder descriptions to guess will be worth more points.
* All points earned in this challenge will go towards your total points for the 2018 MMC.
* You may also choose to take part in this challenge, without taking part in any of the other challenges happening this August at YA Buddy Readers' Corner ♥
This challenge will be a solo challenge, anyone caught posting answers on any of our group threads will be disqualified.

I wasn't going to do this one this year, but I just can't resist. I'm in!
Sign me up for this! As always I'm going to only take part in a non-reading challenge so I can fully focus on this, plus my uni starts in mid-Aug so *shrugs* P.S. I'll miss finding the pieces of covers, please bring them back for upcoming year lol

This will be a non-reading challenge, which will run from August 1st 2018, to August 30th 2018 inclusively. Results will be announced on August 31st 2018.
To complete this challenge, participants must correctly identify a character from a book, based on the description given ☺
