It's not too late ☺ All the challenges are still open for sign-ups, but currently we only have spaces on fun teams, or as solo players on the wheel of fortune challenge ☺

Okay, thank you so much! I just want to make sure is it okay if I use the same books across all of the challenges, or can I only use the book for one challenge?

Okay, tha..."
As long as the book works for the individual challenge you can use it for all challenges. :)

It's fine to use the same book for all the challenges, as long as it fits for each challenge. That's the way that you'll be able to earn lots of points ☺

I don't believe that there are currently any medium spots. You could join fun or solo until a spot opens. Which would you prefer? Sarah will add you to a list of reserve players for a medium team.

Hi Amanda ☺ I don't have any spaces on medium teams at the moment, but I think there are some people who haven't checked in yet, so there may be some spaces available in the future. Would you like to join a fun team or go solo, and then I'll pop you on the waiting list for if a spot becomes available?
(I will add you to the participants list for each challenge tomorrow as I am on my phone at the moment and it can be temperamental ☺)

Hi Amanda, you can join Team Horseshoe, and then I'll add you to the waiting list tomorrow ☺

Hi Skye ☺ I was thinking last night that we have several people who haven't checked in to serious and medium teams. It's probably a little early to replace them, even though it would be nice if all the teams were checked in before we started. I think I'm going to have to message them now and give them a little nudge though. I suppose its possible that they didn't realise that teams were up or they're on holiday or something, but I'll message them today ☺
It is ☺ It's done that way so that people can choose which challenges they would like to take part in, as not everyone wants to take part in all of them ☺
The MMC will officially start in 21 hours, and 30 minutes!
It is August 1st somewhere though, so review threads and the Bonus Fairy Lottery thread are now open ☺
The first round of Non-Reading Challenge will be up when we officially start ☺
(Please remember: if your time zone is ahead of Goodreads time - Pacific Standard Time - http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time... you may begin the challenge on your own time zone, but you must also finish on your time zone. (So if you start at 1am on August 1st on your own time zone, you must finish at 1am on September 1st on your own time zone).
Good Luck Everybody!

But just now I found out there are other editions where the book has been published under the name Leah Raeder. So which one is permissible to use for the challenge?

Hi Riddhi, it looks like the book was originally published under 'Leah Raeder', but the author is transgender, and officially changed her name to 'Elliot Wake' in June 2016, so its a bit of a grey area. Which letter were you hoping to use it for?

If you want the bonus points for reading a GBR, then yes, you have to post it on the GBR review thread the same way you post it on the other review threads ☺

Okay, well as it's a special case, and both names are listed as the author on Goodreads, I guess we can let you use it for 'E' ☺
Hi Amanda ☺
For the 'What's in a Name' challenge, you can just pick whichever author earns you the most points. (It has to be an author though, it can't be an illustrator, or translator, or narrator etc., and if an author is using a pseudonym then we would go by the name on the original publication of the book.)
For 'Wheel of Fortune' it's very similar, as long as the book meets the same criteria as above, then you can choose which letter you want to use ☺
Girls' night out looks to have been co-authored, so you can choose either of their initials ☺
