The How To's:

There will be a list of questions for the EOTM to answer about themselves. Each month there will be a challenge based on their answers. There's no limits to how many books you read for the challenge and you have been challenged to use your creativity for this one :)

So for example if the EOTM lives in Florida you could read a book set in Florida or you could read an author that has the same name as the EOTM, etc.

Trea,
One of my favorite quotes is from Swendson's Damsel Under Stress.

“What woman could resist a handsome, wealthy, powerful, nice man who was also just a tiny bit broken inside? It meant that in spite of him seemingly having everything, there was something he still needed from me.”

How many of the Enchanted, Inc. series have you read?

What an awesome quote! I like that...I'll have to share it with my husband!

I've only read the one you're currently reading: Enchanted, Inc.. I read it last month for a challenge, and the entire time I was reading it, I couldn't get it out of my head. I rated it 4 stars, and I'm wanting to see how things progress in the story. I figure I'll try to read one of the series each month until I have it done.

I think my favorite of the series are 'Enchanted Inc. and the fourth book, Don't Hex with Texas. The rest of the books I would give 3 stars - still good books, in my opinion, but not as good as those two.

Please tell me what you think of 'Damsel Under Stress' when you're finished.

I won't get to that one until next month probably, as I am reading Once Upon Stilettos for this month's challenge, but I'll post here and let you know what I think of 'Stilettos', then PM you next month and let you know my thoughts on 'Damsel'.

Lanelle, I really wanted to like Once Upon Stilettos, but it really fell flat for me. I hated how Katie acted in this one. Granted a lot of it was due to how she was being tampered with, but her inability to trust her coworkers seemed really out of character for her. It really soured me on continuing the series.

I think I understand what you're talking about. I would like to say that Katie learned her lesson, but something similar happens in the next book. What saves Damsel Under Stress is Owen begins to come out of his shell.

Do you think you'll read any more of the series?

I'm not sure if I will or not, Lanelle. I had to fight to keep from putting it down and reading something else, because it was the book I was reading in the middle of another one I had started. I might let it sit for a couple of months and then come back to it.
