In the spirit of goodwill, in recognition of a game well played, thought we'd tell you that Sonia has said that a broken Quaffle won't effect the finding the Snitch, and Gryffindor will not be starting another chain.
Good Luck to our Seekers!!
It's been a blast!
The snakes will finish their current chain as it would be a shame to now tell the girls to stop reading their books, but after that we will of course reciprocate in kind and not start another chain. We thank you for the gesture! :-)
Good to know about the Quaffle as well, thanks! But then, the seekers rarely get involved in the bludger/quaffle action anyway - unless one of them goes haywire...

It has been an eventful and interesting match!!
Good luck to our Seekers indeed!!
And good luck to the lions in their upcoming matches!
Happy reading :-)

You have the best gifs!!!!
Hahah thanks! I try! Natalie is even better at finding great gifs. Maybe I can rope her into playing announcer permanently for the next match ;-)

Yep, I think we'll carry the bruises from falling off for a while yet hehe. Learning by doing is always the best way!! If not always the easiest, or the safest ;-)
And hey, despite disagreements, we did manage to play decently enough and score a few rounds instead of using the bludgers to bash each other's heads in, so I guess it's a win-win situation despite bruises and bleeding eyes from some of the terrible, terrible books haha.
Thanks for the game and thank you for the kind words, Shannon :-)

Oh, you are very welcome --- I'm glad you enjoyed the books! One reason I was reading Shakespeare is we are going to The Oregon Shakespeare Festival the first week in July, so I'm in the mood for Shakespeare:)

Hmmm, I can't remember reading any books with "crazy hooker alien dragon-shifting sex scenes." I feel like I was missing out!
From Jen (one of three chasers with Karen Michele). ;-)

Everyone on the team read it but me and Teddie, I think. But we did have a lot of fun chatting about it. Maybe next match. :)

Our beater Jenny can't seem to STOP talking about it.
Muahahahaha.

Thank you all for an amazing game!!!!!

Yep, Kadin, in case you are interested ; ) This caused quite the conversation over several days.

I think it is Jenny's favorite book from this round, maybe of all time. She just keeps talking about it... LOL

:-)
Thanks everybody!

You love us, Jenny!!! LOL

Ha! Poor Louise. That's how we were picking Quaffle books there at the end. She got any zombie books on her shelf? She got any ...

You love us, Jenny!!! LOL"
Yes, I do.

That last one was almost a bdsm book but I went with Under His Kilt instead. We read pretty much everything else for that Quaffle. LOL

Race after snitch with Slytherin Seeker was intense. Maddy caught the snitch.

Jenny has been flying around the quidditch pitch for the last week and a half, occasionally calling out plays and cheering when what does she see? The snitch! She races after it.
Jenny is reading The Titan's Curse - 320 pages - used in Slytherin's first Quaffle
