Tick tock tick tock..... 15 mins to midnight my time.
Done with my first book two hours in. LOL Just need to write the review but yay, no more of that song!! :)
Thanks guys! I may still get a book or two done but we'll see ☺ I'm working today at the library so I'm going to have a look for options for the author with the initials JC. Are there any others I could look for that way? Can't see the ss as I'm on my phone.

Glancing at the spreadsheet a few I can't think of anything for yet would be Nicholas Sparks, before 1989, snow on the cover (wrong time of year for ARCs for this one for sure) musical instrument, aliens, twins, C.O.W in title, S.V.U in title....
About a quarter of the way through my first book, hoping to get it finished and out the way today. I'll have a look on my lunch break if I can fill any of the harder ones.
Just got back into town last night and got organized, getting ready to get started on my first few books!
I just have to mention Sarah and Abbie have a serious infatuation with J....Read a book by "John Green"

Read a book by an author who's last name is Jones.
Read a book where the main characters name begins with "J"

LOL that’s hilarious Carrie!! I didn’t even notice all the J’s!
I had noticed that they asked for a John Green book then another with an author that had John as a first or last name which made me think gee aren't we already doing John Green but then Skye mentioned the J.C. category so I went and took a closer look today. I wonder if they even noticed they kept returning to J so much. LOL
I noticed the two John ones, I went through my shelves and had like no John books at all! That JC one was super hard too, I couldnt find anything. J's are hard for me apparently!
I actually at least one for any except John Green, not really a fan there but found it funny I did have a John, a Jones and a couple that could fit J.C. so I guess I should be thankful they like Js. :)

Carrie is killing it! I wasted my whole weekend trying to find a new chair for my living room, I’m almost done with one book and like halfway through a second one
Haha thanks, would you guys believe last month I felt like a slow pokes sometimes? Really though I sped through a couple short ones so it looks a bit more impressive. Got a couple more to post now but definitely won't be able to do this pace all month long. :)

I'm just really not that into YA contemporary and do more adult in that genre although occasionally I like a fun YA read and his seem a bit too down. I have watched a couple of the movies though if you count that. LOL
@Skye yess Turtles All the Way Down is so good!! did you not like Paper Towns though?

I think it went well! I'm all done until September now, so I have lots of free time to read :) While I think about it, I'm looking for somewhere on the ss to put Ace of Shades. I'll have a longer look tomorrow and place it, but any major brainwaves from anyone before I do? I may have to move things around a little.
Also I See You by Claire Mackintosh (I don't think I've put either of those in the ss yet)

I was just looking for one of my books and I think I read it wrong and I See You wouldn't fit in Nov because it says "first" published in Nov.
But I did find a version with butterflies on the cover so I'll move it over to the wings on a cover category with that edition.

Just to update, I'm currently reading Ace of Shades, The Versions of Us and The Good Daughter. The Versions of Us is currently in the category for containing the letters S V and U but can also be used for characters in university if you guys think that category will be harder to find a book for?

I'd almost say university simply because SVU would be easier to search out a book to fit the category than reading tons of book blurbs looking for something to fit the university category.
Sorry I haven't been as active. I kinda fell into a reading slump after last month (damn you American Pie!) and the first book I started this month was kinda hard to get into, but I think I'm back haha!@Carrie you are killing it with all these books you've read!!!!

Jefferson has practically doubled our score. :(

I think generally though Sarah usually waited until the 7th or 8th to start looking into non-posters since for serious being 12+ a month that averaged to about a book every 3 days. But she just began updating the scores so not sure that will hold true this month.
I guess we shall see ☺ I am behind right now but I'm definitely getting there, plenty of time to read so hopefully I'll get a few BRs done over the next couple days and boost the points a little.
I've got a couple more buddy reads coming up too. Tried for more but with ARCs it's not easy to find someone with the same book unfortunately.
I’m almost done with 2 of my books also! I’ll be able to read much more over the weekend, I’m slow during the week
I'm listening to one while procrastinating writing a review for another. LOL
Should be finished with Circe and have that review up today. Then gonna make a start on Looking for Alaska :)
