Recent book of short stories, Heaven in title, excerpted on NPR a year ago, woman transforms into horse, sister pregnant.

About a year ago one of the short stories was read on NPR, the title contains the word Heaven and it was told from POV of a woman who chose to undergo an experimental procedure to transform into a horse. Her sister did not understand and when the transformation became violent she leaves her sister's apt afraid she might injure the sister's unborn baby after destroying all the shower gifts. At end of story, her transformation completed.
