I am always in an island state of mine. :)
Not sure what my August theme will be but I am sure there is an island somewhere in my reading this book.

Last month my reading included some large islands - Greenland, New Guinea and Australia (but most consider this a continent because it fits that definition) - so maybe this month my reading will include some smaller islands.

The Snow Child Beautiful writing. I love fairy tale adaptations and this one was excellent.
Gregor the Overlander Box Set Finished this series. Bought the books for my boys and couldn't help myself
The Help Last person on the planet. Now I will watch the movie. Also last person on planet.

Small Island (This was probably my favoritest. I loooooooved it!)
A Christian Survival Guide (interesting thoughts)

My least favorites: Snow White Blood Red, Ashes to Ashes & Cinder to Cinder, Beauty Never Dies, Ladle Rat Rotten Hut, Mary Mary Quite Contrary, Blood Apples (so terribly disappointed in this series)
