Almost all of the “editions” are the collected work containing all 5 issues, published simply as “Rivers of London: Body Work” or “Rivers of London [Volume 1]: Body Work”
It is more properly the single issue #1 that should be separated, so as to minimize damage to the existing Goodreads organization of the larger series information.
These all appear to be just Issue #1, at least:

(In fact that last one, #23387877, should probably be deleted. It’s a “fake” entry from before publication, with projected cover art that never actually existed.)
ETA — I’ve moved a few more around, now that you have established separate entries. I will take another look tomorrow....

It looks like some other librarian put in the following note at some point, which obviously went unheeded:
"Please do not combine this with Rivers of London Body Work #1, which is the first of the five individual comic issues that constitute this book. [ThomyZ]"
When I try separate it back out, I get the "Sorry, you can't separate the most popular edition of a work" message.
I just went ahead and flagged the error for review, but I thought I'd mention it here too in case some super librarian can fix it faster this way.
