I'm going to actually try and finish The Hammer of Thor. I started it on May 15th of last year and still haven't finished it. I have read no other novels in that time span.

📖I may try to read some Love Inspired Suspense that would work for the uniform challenge, if I ever get the paper books I listed read. I haven’t much felt like reading paper books lately.
Well, I read multiple books at once so here’s the list lol
Bringing Maggie Home by Kim Vogel Sawyer
Anna’s Courage by Kristin Noel Fischer
Brink of Chaos by Tim LaHaye and Craig Parshall

So here is my plan: (listing just because I am computer illiterate and don't know how you all get all those neat little book covers on there) --I am currently reading: The Vengence of Mothers, An Interlude in Berlin, and The Captured Bride.
I plan to read: The Noel Diary, The House on Foster Hill, 223 Orchard Street, Origin, and The Summer I Met Jack.
And, yes, I read multiple books at a time (one paper, and one or two Kindle).

Use “add book/author” that’s on top of the comment box. They probably can’t be added using the mobile version or app.
I finished
(GM) last night which was a roll over from April. A few that I'd like to read this month are:
and either
(GM) or
(GM)

[bookcove..."I just recently finished [bookcover:A Beauty So Rare|18008071]. A very good read from Tamera Alexander. Sooo close to a 5 star read for me!

I am stingy with five star ratings as well. A Beauty So Rare was a five star read for me too. :-)

Hannah wrote: "Sometimes when the book is linked twice in one comment, it makes an error for the second one."🤔 I’ve never noticed that before. Thanks for the info.
And I also gave
five stars! I didn't expect to like it because of the cover looking like it would be really romancey, but then ended up loving it.
After these glowing comments, I'm even more glad that I have A Beauty So Rare on my list for this month! :)

Hannah, funny story on the cover...I had the opportunity to meet Tamera Alexander a few years ago and one of the things we talked about was the cover for A Beauty So Rare. Tamera didn't design the cover and indicated the look of the cover model/dress didn't fit exactly with what she had in mind. The publisher wouldn't change the cover so Tamera changed some of the book she had already "finished" so her writing would match the cover!

But then, I don’t remember much about the book because it’s been three years since I read it. I can’t believe it’s been that long. I would have said a year.
I love the book’s cover.

Right now I'm reading
I plan to read:
Then I am hoping to buy and read Colleen Coble's newest, which name escapes me.
(nonfiction) The Rock, the Road, and the Rabbi. Thomas Nelson publisher c2018 by Kathie Lee Gifford.
Rick, I'm not into swearing and bloody gory details with mystery/suspense. However, I do enjoy this series; it's unique being amish, Sworn to Silence. There is a reason she keeps adding to this series; readers like her books; full of suspense. You can even try the first book at a library, for the free cost or on a kindle; not as expensive. As always check reviewers notes on books
