I was hoping that someone might stumble onto some good non-fiction books about the Amish that we can recommend for next year. Have you finished it? Would you recommend it?

Elizabeth Meadows (lizziefaye) | 424 comments The two books that I picked out for this challenge were The Postcard and Sanctuary, both by Beverly Lewis. The Postcard was a reread that I enjoyed all over again. It is about a young widow who is blind and a mystery surrounding her community.
Sanctuary was more of a suspense novel about a young girl who is running from a crime syndicate and hides out in Amish country. I listened to an abridged version, but would love to go back and read the whole book at some point.
