, Christy Lefteri I just finished. I thought this was such a moving and profound book. I love the author’s beautiful writing and use of nature and birds to describe this story so well. She is the author of The Beekeeper of Aleppo, which I hear is also terrific.

I read This Golden State, Marit Weisenberg which was a crazy story since the parents have committed a crime, but their 2 daughters do not know what it is. They are always on the run. Poppie, is about to turn 18 and starts to think about having a life. This was YA Family and Mystery Story. A page turner.

The beekeeper of Aleppo is a great read. Highly recommend.
