I didn’t like it. I was hoping for more given how many people are talking about it, but I never got attached to any of the characters and the “danger” that’s referred to in the book synopsis wasn’t as dramatic as I was led to expect. I finished the book but not soon enough. I don’t think it’s worth the time to read it, but that’s just my opinion. Hope that helps?! 🤪

Susan Fleming | 5 comments Just finished "THE ROSE CODE" Kate Quinn. Fantastic. I have officially become hooked on her books. This is the third one I have read and they are all phenomenal. I am a huge lover of historical fiction and so far Quinn has not disappointed.
