I'm currently reading Darling Rose Gold by Stephanie Wrobel.
It is actually very interesting, but I think it is almost a fiction retelling of Gypsy Rose and her situation.
The name of the character (Rose Gold) sounds almost familiar to Gypsy Rose, and it is about how her mom made her believe she was seriously ill for 18+ years and she sent her mom to prison.

I haven't gotten really far into it, but is pretty good so far!

I just finished , Christy Lefteri. I was lucky and had both the book and audio. I loved this one, 5 ⭐️. Beautiful village in Greece has a horrible fire that destroys much of the village, kills people, and leaves the rest both physically and emotionally damaged. I think Christy Lefteri is a very talented author and love her descriptions of nature, both its beauty and the pain caused when destroyed.

I am currently reading , Antonia Hylton. This is about the Crownsville Hospital for the Criminally Insane in Maryland. The author’s research is very well done. It is disturbing for sure, but well worth knowing.
