SOLVED. YA Books from 1980's Supernatural and teens. [s]

I am going out of my mind because I am fairly certain I just saw this book recently! In the 80's I had a series of books that all revolved around the supernatural and teens. The one that I remember was where the main female character went to what I believe was Scotland to visit friends or a cousin and there was a ghost...the lady in the lake or maybe they referred to her as the silver lady in the lake. I also think the main character may have looked like the lady in the lake. (of course!) There was also some teen flirtation, possession and the ghost had blood on her lips. An edit: The paperback covers were a deep dark blue.

There was a series of teen books in the 80s called Windswept that was a lot of mystery/supernatural-type stuff...a site called Thriftbook has a list of them with some cover titles...I just found a whole bunch of books I remember reading in the 80s in that list.
