Hi,
I have read all of Shelly/GA.Aiken and Suzzane Wright books. I like their style of writing (plot, funny, romantic, strong female characters, big families with pets). I'm bored and have started re-reading their books. Anyone have come across authors in close similarity to them

I love Shelly laurenston, g.a. Aiken. I haven't tried suzzane wright. I have reread the books many times. You should try laurann dohner.
I totally agree, Laurann Dohner (specially the New Species books) is perfect. You may also like series like:
Partholon by P.C. Cast.
Kate Daniels by Ilona Andrews.
Guild Hunter by Nalini Singh.

I'd also suggest reading any Ilona Andrews, I recently read the same books (Shelly Laurenston and Suzane Wright) as you and loved them. Ilona Andrews is my all-time favorite author for their amazing stories and characters.

Katie MacAlister, Thea Harrison, Jovee Winters, and Jessica Sims are some other light hearted paranormal writers. However Shelly is one author I can read back to back without burnout. Like some of my other favorite paranormal writers like Kesley, and Sherriyln I have to take a break after four or five books because it's lightheartedly dark and intense, good but intense.
