I second this!

The main character is deaf and mute. It also includes the sense of touch and sight.

Goodreads blurb (in spoiler because it is long): (view spoiler)

Sorry I'm not sure how to link the title."
Michelle, you can click on add book/author just above the comment box to add links to book titles/covers and authors.

Thank you!

I'll second this. Or third it.

Thank you for your suggestion Christine. However books from series need to be book nr 1 since members like to have series in order. Maybe you want to nominate another book? :)
Remember to state a connection to our theme, Senses. It can be any connection you see :)

I will second this one :)

I actually have this one ^^

Kate, we already read this book as a group read in November 2015. Do you want to nominate another book?

Ooops! Sorry. I wasn't a member back then. How about The Smell of Other People's Houses

Thanks, that one looks great :)

It's time to nominate for June and the theme is Senses!
Please remember to state a connection to the theme when you nominate. Thank you :)
Here are some short rules for nominating books:
~ Each person can nominate 1 book.
~ Book must be available both as a physical copy and as an ebook.
~ Authors: Please do not nominate your own book.
~ Please include the name of the book and the author or link to the book.
~ Please do not nominate books that are part of a series, unless it is the first book.
~ You can second someone else's nomination, but that will count as your nomination.
~ When nominating, please state a connection to the theme.
~ You cannot nominate a book which has previously been a group read. Past buddy reads are fine. (See Group Reads in the bookshelf)
This thread will be closed by April 25th, and we will choose ten books for the poll. If there are more than ten books nominated, we will choose the ten most nominated. If there is still a tie to get into the top ten, we'll go back to the Goodreads average rating to see which is highest.
