Expanse books consistently come out every December... I think the fact that James S.A. Corey is a 2-author pseudonym keeps them brainstorming and writing... Tiamat's Wrath is due out this December...

PRE-EDIT: I just saw that Tiamat's Wrath has been pushed to March 2019... dunno if that means the 9th book is delayed as well... the June 2019 listed in the blurb is from back in 2014... it may still be releasing in 2019, if the release date was pushed to bring them closer together... the series has been building to a climax for awhile now, as the story/timeline shifts, so maybe the cliffhanger is enormous on the 8th one, and they had mercy... or are struggling to finish/edit... who knows...

@Timelord Iain Thanks for the info! I think I'd rather wait until the book is released like Manju too. I hate waiting on cliffhanger.

@Barry so how about waiting until 2020? I'd rather play it safe.

Oh, apparently I didn't realize there's an unanswered reply here lol.

@ Anny : It's fine, we can decide later in the year 2019 for the Expanse series after the final book is published. I prefer to read completely published series anyway.
