YA futuristic dystopia-style society where the "overlord" is heroine's father

I read the prologue of a book that was coming soon (2018) at the end of a YA fantasy book. It was about a heroine captain of a spaceship who's father was the "overseer" persona of an oppressive society. She stole the spaceship and some lab from the government and escaped from imprisonment with some other prisoners and was drifting in Space somewhere when she is discovered by her Uncle AKA leader of the space military forces or something. He notices that the name of the spaceship is unregistered and then recognizes that it is his niece after she greets him but instead of being taken captive she and her crew go into I think it was a black hole or something and then the "teaser preview" ended. Im trying to see if the book came out so that I can read it :) Thanks
