Romance book: San Francisco is the setting, the main girl has recently come home from Australia

The guy and girl are friends in college. Shes always had a crush on him, he goes for girls that are the complete opposite of her. She moves to australia and does something in construction(i think) and he lives in san francisco and is rich(i think for tech stuff). She is back in SF for some reason, I think a wedding, and they see each other, both of them have feelings but each of them thinks the other doesn't. I remember the girl described as tall, not super feminine, etc. Read sometime in 2015/16, dont believe it was part of a series. I read it online but not exclusively an ebook. Not NA because the story takes place after college, but that is where they met
