Kat looked back out towards the water, wondering what he was hiding from her

"What are you thinking right now, at this very moment?" she asked softly and looked at him
"i was thinking how beautiful the things around me are"he said
"what do you mean by that?" kat asked still looking at him
"the sky,the sea,you"he said,then he looked at her
"me?" she asked surprised by him.
Kat smiled at him and blushed a little. "thanks" she said softly to him
"your welcome"he said brushing some hair away from her face
Kat smiled at him, not looking away. She heard the small waves crash against the shore quietly in the background
Kat smiled at him also. She really didnt know what else to say or do at the time

Kat kissed back the same way really starting to like Smith
he broke the kiss for air. "your a good kisser"he told her
"so are you" she admitted. Katherine smiled at him a little breathing in the fresh air
"thanks"he said. he layed down in the sand looking up at the sky
Kat layed beside him and closed her eyes, relaxing
a cool breeze swept over them
Kat shivered. she got a little cold from the cold breeze.
"here"he said giving her his jacket
Kat smiled at him. "thanks..." she said putting it on. It was making her warmer already. "are you cold at all?" she asked
Katherine wondered why, but didnt ask. she just layed back in the sand again with his jacket on.
Katherine also closed her eyes thinking about the kiss
smith wondered about the next step he should take
Kat also thought about when he said that he was just visiting. she didnt want him to leave
