Hi Denise!I honestly don't know too many of the books on your list, but I've heard good things about
and while I haven't read this series by Sebastian de Castell, I do like his writing so I also choose
For your preferred genre, I also don't really know too much about, but I gave it a shot (I've heard good things about this book as well):

Thank you for the picks! :) I've already read
(and loved it), though. Anything else that would fit the genre that you've heard good things about?

Darn, I checked to see if you had and it didn't pop up. I'll look and see if I can find something else.

I finished my first Dusty Bookshelf book
I loved it. I gave it 5 stars (probably would have been 4.5 if I had that option). Anything with animals, children, fantasy, magic and monsters is good with me. Plus, it referred back to the Garden of Eden so a little gospel in there too.

was chosen as my April book-club selection, so I won't get to that this month. I'm currently reading
, so, again, I've gone rouge. I'm still hoping to get to
this month.
Theo, I forgot to come back when I finished reading it, but I read Alanna: The First Adventure by Tamora Pierce. This was a reread for me as I originally read it back when I was in middle school, but I loved it and I can't wait to continue with the series.
