Hi !!! I hope someone can help me remover the name of this book

As said above the book is a second book in either a series or a duet. The hero and heroine are together now in this book but the hero first love/girlfriend from his past return. He doesn’t physically cheat on the heroine but he does spend time with the OW but does not tel the heroine about it. One scene which I remember is that the hero and heroine are doing IT and hero starts to picture the OW face during it. I think the hero could be some kind of racer or something ????
