I seem to be going in the opposite direction and losing badges. All those requests I put in months ago and gave up hope on are suddenly being approved. So much for my 80%"
I think there should be a time limit on publishers. So annoying when months down the track and approval comes though!

(one I'm very proud of, thank you very much), my second review of the month, I see that I've been approved for two more books
and am greatly tempted to request a "read now" one... Honestly, I'm not even sorry. I love getting new books. :D

Y’all inspired me to check my badges. I’ve gained 2. 
I just got approved for two more books. I swear I've never been approved for so much in a week. I don't know how to control this feeling and this urge to go an request a lot more books :D.
LOL...that's how I ended up with so many...I'm trying not to log in except to leave my reviews...but it's so very tempting ;)
It is tempting! As soon as I get approved for one I think "oh maybe one more won't be so bad" and end up requesting five more xD. I'll definitely try your trick next month, especially cause I have books I've read and still haven't posted a review yet... :D.

Yeah I know I’ve gotten a few I didn’t request. One was actually one of my first books after I joined and I didn’t even know it was a book. I knew there was a movie but not about the book until I got the arc. It was so fabulous and now I’m dying to see the movie! Lol

ok. I am now banning myself from the NetGalley site for another few months :)
I was doing so well! It was a month since my last approval before I requested this one. I almost made it all of February! Oh well, time to get on with the reading. :)
Got a widget for Us Against You and of course had to get it. Going in the wrong direction again, but I'm sure it'll be good.
I figured since I was already going in the wrong direction, I may as well accept the widget for Surprise Me too.
So, my end of month went the wrong direction, but next month will be better. I expect to finish The Silent Corner today and it will be reviewed next month. So, I already have a head start. :) I'm hoping to get through 4 next month. Beginning of Month:

And I'm at 78%, so I'm so close to the 80% badge. I have no work or plans for the next 4 days, so I'm hoping to get a bunch read and get over that hurdle. Plus I have no requests pending at the moment, so no unexpected books to surprise me and knock my ratio down.
